Do your kids think you are a silly parent? mine do, I feel this is one way to be closer to your children which can only help to keep the communication lines open so we know what's going on in our kid's lives. I'm a natural jokester-type person anyway and sometimes i even make my kids blush. I always think of new pranks to play on them and they love it even if they get mad. I just think if you're a kid at heart; your kid might want to be your friend too.
