The family is the basic unit of society and where possible leaders may arise from. It is also possible that from it, comes the biggest threat known to society, all of this depends on the way of family upbringing the child might experience. This is the reason why England shall install a round the clock CCTV surveillance to problem families to ensure the welfare of the children in these types of families. Read it here:
