An easy to navigate, informative resource for parents seeking daycare in the London boroughs of Hillingdon or Hounslow. Links to downloadable information and maps of our 6 day nurseries and 3 holiday & after school club settings.
What inspired you to launch your own website?
We recognised that the internet offers 24/7/365 marketing and the cost of setting up and maintaining our site is small when compared to other media options.
When did you launch your first website, and what was it?
In July and it is our only site at the moment
How did you decide on a name for your website?
We took the business title - Once Upon a Time Day Nurseries - which in itself is descriptive of the nature of the services we offer.
What makes it different from other, similar offerings?
Our site is not complex and features only the necessary information a prospective parent would need. The idea is to encourage them to arrange to visit a setting.
What is your eventual goal? (To sell it, keep it for income, secure a book or other mainstream media deal?)
To ensure it reflects the business
How does your investment of time and money balance against your success?
It is too soon to say as yet but we are optimistic that it will more than pay its way.

not much really - maybe add a few more pages of relevant and informative links.

we have the site address printed on our business stationery ande have ben registering our settings on both niche and broad based online directories.

It hasn't
How long have you run the site already, and how long will you continue to keep it up if you don't enjoy big gains in traffic, income or popularity?
The annual maintainance cost is minimal so it will remain live so long as the business does.
